Gifted Resources

From Gifted Books to Journals and Magazines, there are tons of print resources for gifted education, from every perspective: parent, teacher, professional.  Borrow them from the library, purchase the best for your own collection, share them with teachers, parents, and all who care about educating our gifted children.

Gifted Mandates, by state or province offers information and links on state and provincial mandates in the U.S. and Canada.  Legal Resources offers just that - legal information on Gifted Education (currently U.S. only - please contribute other country's resources if you know of them).

Educational Products includes number of products that aren't commonly available, but can be easily obtained through the resources of the Internet; products that gifted children tend to enjoy for play or education.  Publishers includes those publishers that dedicate all or part of their resources to serving gifted children, their parents and educators.  (Free) Materials for Gifted Classrooms are great (free!) educational materials, for classroom or homeschool.

Longitudinal Studies give us a great deal more information than short term observations.  Bibliographies and Readings include other collections of books and information on Gifted Education.  Gifted History offers the valuable background in gifted education over the years.
